"My passion is walking alongside families when they face the difficult decision to move Mom or Dad into assisted living."

Hi, I'm Jeremy Hollyman, founder of Bridge of Grace Companionship. Raised in faith, I grew up helping my parents care for over 1,400 foster children across 27 years. For the last 24 years I've served the elderly in a long-term care pharmacy while working in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities across Shasta County.

Through all those decades I saw what was missing — true, personal connection rooted in God's grace.

Seniors often overhear those conversations and start carrying fear and anxiety about a choice someone else is making for their life. Whether they're not quite ready for full assisted living, just beginning Alzheimer's or dementia, or simply need someone present a few hours a day or one day a week — I'm here to ease that transition with compassion, dignity, and faith.
